Saturday, my sister and mom gave us a fabulous baby shower. They both worked so hard on it and we all had so much fun! Cohen got so many more things than I could have ever expected! We are so thankful for such wonderful family and friends. We are blessed to have so many people surround us during this precious time in our life. Here are just a few of the pictures from that awesome day! Thank you Mom and Emily!!
My grandmother, mother, and sister-in-law with my niece, Cassidy
Our first "I Love Mommy" anything for Cohen...I was so excited. Thank you, Miranda!
Two of my oldest and dearest friends, Katie and Kristi. I met Katie at 6th grade camp and I met Kristi in junior high, and we were roommates at Miami. They were both in our wedding, and I just love them so so much!
Cohen's aunt Stephanie and cousins Audrey and Isabella
My wonderful friend, Miranda with her two boys Aiden and Keagen. Aiden was our trash collector and both boys were very helpful with opening gifts. So glad they could be a part of celebrating Cohey!
Isabella playing with Aunt Debbie. Silly girls! My beautiful grandma is in the background. :)
Emily and I just loved hanging out with our cousin, Kelly and this little doll baby! Chloe is Kelly's little girl....how cute is she!?
Just a very small part of the complete spoiling Cohen is getting from his auntie Em and uncle Tim. :) We are so excited to hang this in his nursery!
Loving this adorable onesie from Kelly and Chloe!
How cute is this cake from Ele?! It was the same flavor as our wedding cake, so it was twice as special :)
Mom and Helena (Steve's grandma)
Cohen and Mommy with all of his grandmas!
Some of the ladies in my family

This is my bracelet. Isabella loves all things girlie, but that doesn't mean she can't use them for all kinds of silliness :D
After most everyone went home, Gracie could come back out to play. Our sweet puppy is almost 7 years old!
And finally, here's Cohen at 32 weeks. I can't believe we'll only be taking a few more of these pictures! Thanks, Aunt Debbie, for thinking to snap this shot at the shower!
Saturday was the awesome shower, but Sunday was a little scarier. That evening, I was coming down our carpeted (and narrow!) staircase in my socks and slipped on one of the stairs. I had a good grip on the railing so I could fall on my tailbone, but that definitely didn't keep me from sliding the rest of the way down. So, Monday I went to the OB even though I didn't feel any discomfort in my stomach, there was no bleeding at all, and I could feel Cohen immediately after the fall and throughout the night. My OB hooked me up to the non stress test to check fetal heartrate as well as contractions. Cohen passed the test with flying colors, but Dr. K. found some irritation in my uterus, and she wanted to get a closer look. So, a couple pelvic exams, an ultrasound, and other tests that lasted a little over two hours all together, and it was confirmed that everything was okay and Cohen isn't coming out any time too early. Thank you, LORD!
So, for Valentine's day, I got to see my little boy. The ultrasound tech. was so great and let me just watch him and watch him! I can't get enough of him and he's not even here yet! He always moves his little fists up in front of his face like he's snuggling in and he just seems so cozy in there. I was sad Steve had to work and didn't get to watch along with me, but it was definitely a wonderful gift on the day that celebrates love to sit and watch this little boy I am already so smitten over.
We had our final birthing class this week as well which means I got to see the place I'll be giving birth when we took the tour. I was there just a few months ago with my friend, Kimberly when she was in labor with Liam, but when you are imagining yourself in that bed having your own baby, it's a whole different kind of real. Only a few more weeks until I'm a mommy, the guy I fell head over heels in love with seven years ago will be a daddy, and our whole lives are going to be turned upside down! :)
A couple other exciting things happened as well....we got two of our most wanted gifts! Mom got us our travel system and it arrived on our front porch the week Steve was in Florida with his company. The minute he got home, he started assembling! We also got the Baby Bjorn (in OSU colors, of course!) for hiking and general getting out of the houseness :) Steve also pulled that out of the box and put it together as soon as we got home from church Saturday night! Gotta love his enthusiasm (also known as nesting, I think!) It's adorable. Cohen has the very best daddy in the whole world!
Daddy putting together the stroller!
All that hard work paid off! We can't wait to show our little man off around the neighborhood this spring and summer!
I love this picture :)
A little practice never hurt :D
Cohen and I are so blessed. :)

Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!
